Shipping Locations & Times
- We dispatch orders from our studio in Shenzhen, China, and our fulfillment center in Washington, USA.
- We prioritize our customers by utilizing priority international shipping. Though this incurs higher costs for us, our customers' timely receipt of orders is paramount.
- Estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days, excluding weekends. This is subject to the schedules of carriers like FedEx and UPS.
- Customers are accountable for any import tax imposed by their country.
Processing Time
- For US orders: 3-5 business days, excluding weekends.
- For non-US orders: Slightly longer than US orders.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns
- Items for return must be in their original, unused condition (unwashed, unworn, unstretched, etc.).
- Customers bear the return shipping costs.
- We're not liable for damages that might occur during return shipping.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
- After our successful inspection of the return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Options:
- Full refund as store credit.
- Partial refund to the original payment method, less a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers some shipping, material, and labor costs, helping our small business manage production costs and reduce waste.
